The Season Calendar is published in order to help you plan your visit to the Bear & Boar. The Bear & Boar is open to guests year round, 7 days a week. Our peak season is from May through October. During the peak season time we plan event weekends and list them on the Season Calendar. The event weekends always bring in more guests. Event weekends are planned to capture the interest and reflect the diversity of our guests. Guests do not have to have an interest in order to participate in any aspect of an event weekend. In fact, many guests do not participate in the theme of the event weekends. This is strictly a choice of our guests. If you are looking for a more private weekend with fewer people around then you may want to consider a non-event weekend or a visit through the week. Saturday nights seem to be the night when most men come out to party and socialize. Individuals as well as couples and groups attend the Bear & Boar functions equally. You can feel very comfortable coming to the Bear & Boar alone. You will meet many other men while you are here. We invite you to join us as often as you can during our 2011 season and remember we are here and open year round. Reminders with details for the event weekend for each of the events listed on the Season Calendar will be e-mailed to members on our mailing list. Details will also be posted via a flyer on the Main Page of the website. It is the responsibility of the mail list members to submit change of e-mail address to the Bear & Boar. E-mail addresses that bounce often will be removed from the e-mail database periodically.

The Bear & Boar is not licensed to sell food or alcohol. On some weekends the owner hosts "The Main House Private Party" in which alcohol and food may be served to party guests.
