2011 General Information

Listed below are is some basic information that you might find helpful as you plan your visit to the Bear & Boar.

• A daily pet fee of $10 per pet will be added to your bill. Outdoor pets only please.
• All Breakfasts served will be a continental breakfast unless it is a special breakfast that is part of an event.
• All guests must bring their own drinks, ice, coolers, mixers and food.
• Guests bringing their own food may use the house refrigerator space, microwave, and grill. There are restaurants only a few miles away as well as country grocery stores.
• All towels and linens are provided.
• All guests are on your own for lunch and dinner meals except when the planned event includes food. Please refer to the Main Page under Next Event to see if food is included.
• A washer and dryer is available for emergency use only.
• Some special weekends and holiday reservations are subject to a required minimal stay.
• All balances due and payments related to your reservation will be collected at the time of arrival. We now accept Discover Card, Mastercard, and Cash.
• A reminder to potential guests -- Please do not call the Bear & Boar asking for names of individuals who may have made a reservation or asking if certain individuals are guests.
• Lodging guests will pay a $15 party pass per day for special Friday, Saturday, and Holiday parties.
• Non-Lodging Guests and all visitors are required to purchase a day pass or night pass for $20.00/pass.
• No directions will be given out or e-mailed unless you have made a reservation and partially paid for your reservation.
