When calling for reservations the best time to call is between 6pm and 9pm Monday through Friday, and anytime Saturday and Sunday. If you call and there is no answer please leave a message and we will return your call between 6pm and 10pm. A legal form of ID may be requested for age validation.

Booking And Cancelling A Reservation

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover Card as well as personal checks and cash. A credit card (Discover/VISA/Mastercard ONLY) is required to hold your reservation, or a personal check received 14 days prior to arrival. If you are using a credit card credit card information will be taken with each reservation. We do not keep on file and credit card information. Your first night stay will always be run on your credit card at the time you make a reservation and is non-refundable unless you cancel five days prior to your arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled 5 days prior to your arrival you will have a credit issued from the Bear & Boar equal to the amount that has been run on your credit card. If you have not used your credit within 6 months from the time of your reservation you will receive a 50% refund check.

All Lodging Reservations require a Discover Card, Visa, or MasterCard at the time the reservation is made.
